All of us have been touched by the services of hospice.  Our husbands, wives, mothers, and friends received the kind of comfort care we so appreciated.  So giving back comes naturally. That's why we decided to Care And Share with our Talents. CAST is a committee of women who work together annually with friends and other supporters to raise money for Hospice Austin. a non-profit organization that has helped terminally ill patients and family members in our community for over 30 years. 

 

Hospice Austin is one of the most respected and well-known nonprofit agencies in Central Texas. Patients and families facing a terminal illness know they can turn to us to help them make the most of the last days of life, and to continue helping family members as they heal during bereavement.  Funds raised from the event enable us to continue our specialized programs and ensure they are available to everyone, regardless of ability to pay. 

 

A CHANGE OF NAME 
After 12 years of producing Vino & Virtuosos, we decided we would form a new organization called CAST.  What was a committee formed mostly by those involved in Vino & Virtuosos, has now grown to include other caring women.  See list of current members at right.
